Both
meditation tracks begin with a gentle breathing exercise. The full-length meditation counts down from ten to one; the short meditation counts down from
five to one.
This forgiveness is for you, to clear you and help you
to reclaim your life. To move you into now, where there is love and
abundance, into now where there is freedom and power.

Here you are asked to focus on the stone of unforgiveness in your heart,
on what happened or did not happen that caused you
to feel the way you do.
Now an angel comes and stands before you. You invite her to take the stone
from your heart and she does so. And along with the stone, she takes the
anger, hurt and pain.

The angel then flies to the heavens and holds the stone up to the light,
where it is transmuted into a glowing crystal of love.
She
then returns to hover before you, and with your permission, places this
healing crystal of love in your heart, to heal the place where the stone of unforgiveness used to be.
We then go through your energy
centers (chakras) and let this healing glow spread throughout your entire
body.
Testimonials
Below is an email from the first person
to work with the Quado Forgiveness Meditation:
“I have had the
opportunity to listen to your latest CD on forgiveness. It truly is a gift
and a blessing. By far your most powerful piece.
Here is what I
would like to tell others about this meditation.
“Perhaps there
are pieces of you, parts of your life experience, that long ago you sealed
up in a box, wanting to forget and never to think about again. You kept
that box locked and chained, for opening it, examining its contents, would
surely be much too much to ever have to face again. And one day on your
spiritual path, you stumble on this box and realize that you have reached
the point of your path where you need to open that box and face its
contents. But how can you do that?
“This new
Forgiveness CD is how you can. Through the love and guidance of
Quado, you are taken through a meditation of beautiful visualizations to
explore what lies in that box, to begin to forgive and ultimately release.
This is a powerful healing step you can take for yourself. It truly is a
gift, a gift you so richly deserve.”

Quado on
Forgiveness
From Daily Quado Message of
August 26, 2004
“And as for forgiveness,
this is very necessary and very simple. Do not think of forgiveness as a
gift you are giving to him, because you will then not want to give it. Why
should you give him more than you already have? No, forgiveness is a gift
you give yourself. Because if you do not forgive, if you continue to hold
someone else responsible for your life, blaming them for the way things were
and are, then you cannot move your life forward. Forgiveness is simply
reclaiming your own power. Forgiveness is the agreement with yourself not
to dwell on the past but to gently release it and let it be. You cannot
change it in any event, so you might as well just let it go. And with it,
release all the blame of yourself as you were then, the blame of your father
for deserting you, the blame of your husband for betraying you and lying to
you. Just release it all and focus into now. Right now.
“Embark now on the best
period of your life. It lies out in front of you, sparkling with
possibility, sparkling with truth and clarity. Awaken each day with
gratitude, filling yourself with the blessings of your life, the greatest
blessing being your own deep knowledge that you are enough, you are more
than enough, you are all you need to be to create a wonderful life for
yourself. Own this. Reclaim it, along with your power. Get out and
finally live.”
