The meditation begins with a gentle breathing exercise, counting down from ten
to one
Next, two healing angels appear and pour love into your heart.
And after they pour the light of love into your heart, the glow spreads to
every cell in your entire body.
Once every cell is fully awakened, there is a
message to each cell. A message of love and approval. And then
each cell is cleansed of fear, as the fear leaves each cell and circulates
through the heart, where it is transformed into love.
Every cell is purged of fear and filled with love. And the habits and
addictions which were built on fear and doubt are also purged from each cell in
your body, as each cell is transformed and filled with self-love.
The
meditation next travels back into your memory body, purging the past of the
fear, doubt, pain and neediness of the past, cell by cell. it takes
you back through your entire life, then back to before you were born,
cleansing you completely, removing all fear and all doubt and transforming
it into love.
You are completely transformed into love, glowing with love.
And now you honor each cell in your body by treating it well, giving it
exercise, pure water and healthy food.
